Brief Description

In 2021, the Judiciary (OJ) updated the 'Tool to Incorporate the Human Rights, Gender, and Intersectionality Approach in Judgments on Gender-Based Violence'. Regarding the training of justice operators, the OJ recorded that, from 2020 to 2024, 5,799 officials participated in training sessions, virtual courses, or specialized workshops on women's human rights. As of 2022, there were 5 cohorts at the Master's level in Gender and Justice and 1 cohort at the Doctoral level in Gender and Justice.

En 2021 el Organismo Judicial (OJ) actualizó la Herramienta para incorporar el enfoque de derechos humanos, género e interseccionalidad en sentencias sobre violencia de género. Con relación a la formación de los operadores de justicia, el OJ registró que, del 2020 al 2024, han participado 5,799 funcionarios en capacitaciones, cursos virtuales o talleres especializados sobre derechos humanos de las mujeres.
